What does it do?

The WebApp for Money Manager EX lets you insert new transactions from any device (mobile phone, tablet, etc). You only need a web browser and an Internet connection.

The WebApp lets you create "transaction reminders" with essential data, that you can review later using the desktop appliocation.

When you start up the desktop version of Money Manager EX, it downloads all transactions saved by the WebApp. You can review them one by one. At the same time, the desktop version updates the WebApp with any new payees or categories so they both stay in sync.

WHAT IS SHARED?

The following information is shared between the desktop application and the WebApp.

Account Names

The names of the accounts you have are shared with the WebApp for use when creating new transactions.

Category Names

The names of the categories you use are shared with the WebApp for use when creating new transactions.

Payee Names

The names of the payees you have are shared with the WebApp for use when creating new transactions.

New Transactions

Transactions created 'on-the-go' in the WebApp are shared with the desktop application.

No Desktop Transactions

No transaction detail is downloaded from the desktop application to the WebApp.

No Account detail

No account information is downloaded from the desktop application to the WebApp.
